I’m taking the leap … I’m saying goodbye to the corporate world and starting my own business. Thoughts about doing this would come up once in a while, but for various reasons would also fade away quickly. But here we are. As much as the Corona year has put things on hold, it definitely accelerated others. This for sure applied to my plan to start my own business.
Experience & Ambition
Already from an early age it was clear I wanted to work with people, so after high school my decision to study Psychology was quickly made. Over the past 14 years, I have worked at companies such as L’Oréal, TomTom, Heineken and Liberty Global in roles that would focus on employee development. I have gained experience in setting up programs and designing curricula, but I also truly enjoyed working as a trainer for groups and coaching employees. As an L&D Manager, my own development has of course also been a key focus point. I am certified to work with Insights Discovery and The Leadership Circle and have completed a NOBCO / EMCC accredited coaching course. I’m now taken these experiences into the next chapter of my career at Learn to Improve.
